    So I've had the Xbox One for over a year now. I purchased it last November a couple weeks after the launch. Needless to say the launch was pretty rough. But I was willing to give MS the benefit of the doubt and wait out some of the initial issues. Here I
    am a year later and this is honestly inexcusable. My Xbox barely functions all together. The problems I have are unbelievable this far out from the launch. My Kinect is useless. It just decides to turn itself off now. I've been waiting on Halo MCC to finish
    downloading for 2 days now and it's only at 68%. The internet constantly disconnects, and now the Xbox video app, which holds the majority of my movie collection, doesn't play videos in HD anymore. I'm done waiting and sifting through forums to find fixes
    and answers to problems I shouldn't have. MS your piece of junk system is nothing more than a $500 doorstop. Not too mention your entire multi-million dollar server construct was taken down, for the entire holiday season, by a group of acne ridden 14 year
    olds. MS you've stolen enough money from me, I'm going to sell my doorstop to some idiot and probably end up buying a PS4. Which I'm sure isn't much better, but how could it possibly be worse?

    play without complaints or reports

    Suggestion never winter or.world.of tanks or paid games like division or elderscrolls online

    And keep grinding you need to repair your rep like real life it's going to.take awhile

    Don't forget that the PS4 servers were also taken down and they are still having issues.

    However, as for the problems with your console have you tried holding the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug everything from it and let it sit for 5 minutes?

    If that doesn't work you should consider a factory reset of the console to see if that helps the issue.

    having trouble with signing in, phone helpline and there closed so i sign up to the xbox support online chat where im told theres a waiting time of 16 minutes. 2 HOURS LATER STILL NO ONE, so i pay £400 for the console £35 for xbox live and atleast £70 spent
    on Forza and for all this i get absolutely jack [Mod Removed] in terms of customer service!! well done microsoft, and we wonder why playstation is outselling you

    Complaint system is terrible

    i think there is a certain degree of complaints over a reported individual not being suspended/banned (in some cases because they kept checking back) being rooted in sort of a "revenge mentality:" They made you angry and you want to see that you got back
    at them. In other threads I see people saying they reported someone a month prior and are still checking for action to be taken and it makes you wonder if people are just taking it that personally that they cannot let it go until that person "gets his."

    Not saying that is what happened here, but as the topic was how effective/ineffective the report system is, and combined with all of the threads about "so and so was still not banned" that pop up, I wonder how often this mentality accompanies those complaints.
