    Awhile back I purchased Grand Theft Auto V for my boyfriend. He tried playing the game for a little bit and absolutely hated it for some reason. I contacted the Customer Service line and the person graciously credited the money back to my account.

    Now I just accidentally purchased Just Dance Unlimited- One Month Pass thinking that it was a subscription to try out the game. I was not aware that it was an add-on and you had to own Just Dance Unlimited to use the pass. I contacted the support line again
    thinking that it was going to be no big deal. It was. I did not think that I was going to prejudiced against because of my past history of purchases. I was not allowed a refund for $4.27 because of my boyfriends dislike in the past game. This is completely
    outrageous and is why I am writing this complaint.

    I understand that some people do this to just get their money back, but I am a college student that just moved into an apartment working two jobs and living paycheck to paycheck. I have no wiggle room in my bank account to waste $4.27. I am extremely upset
    with the way that XBOX and Microsoft handled this situation.

    I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM EITHER OF THEM EVER AGAIN. Because lord knows that if I do not like it, I cannot return it because of their 'strict' policy.

    Xbox One's original idea was ahead of its time

    Digital is the future, but Microsoft had terrible policies and restrictions..

    Terrible customer support & policy

    I have been trying with no success to get my VISA card information removed from X-BOX's records. This is information that X-BOX keeps automatically, without first seeking one's approval. Finally, I decided to request that someone from customer support call
    me about this. But I had no luck with this either, as the X-BOX website is not working. I hit send a dozen times, but my message just sat on the page. This policy of keeping one's VISA number on file without the permision of the customer is wrong. And support
    is so bad that 45 minutes later, I still can't get X-BOX to remove my number from its records. I will contact the BBB about this, since XBOX has no customer support that I can access.

    is this a joke? $4.27...... if you’re that strapped for money, stop buying video games. You’re lucky you got GTA refunded, I’m surprised they did that.

    Did they say it was because of the refund in the past? How long after spending that whole $4.27 did it take for you to ask for the refund? Will you make more informed decisions in the future?

    Most importantly.. you should quit acting so entitled. Complaining about losing $4.27 then threatening to never buy anything again is the weakest threat ever and completely ridiculous.. bet you’re still paying for Xbox live....

    Depending on Microsoft policy it may not be in the guidelines. But contact support if you want, they can help you.

    That's pretty much all you can do unless you have another friend in your area you want to give the code to. All I know is ebay.
