Terrible online multiplayer experience

Dear Microsoft,

I am reaching out to you in a desperate attempt to resolve relentless ongoing unreliable online gaming. I have tweeted, sent messages on twitter, facebook, and 343 community forums.

I have had consistent matchmaking lag for years now. I am using a hardwired connection with a 55mbps download speed and a 5mbps upload speed. I continue to check my connection speeds, and continue to find no issues the results. I am able to download, stream
videos, or browse web pages (even wirelessly) with no issues.

I have two ISP's in my area, and I have switched back and forth between the two numerous times over the years, and I experience the same issue in matchmaking with both providers. I believe that it is apparent, the issue is NOT with the ISP, but rather on
Microsoft or 343's end.

I have had this issue for at least 5-6 yrs, I purchased the original Xbox when it was first released, along with every Halo game on it's release date. I have had my gamertag since Halo 2's arrival, and have paid for Xbox live year after year since. I purchased
my FIRST 360 on it's released date, and another one a year or two later, and a third a year or two later, as they continued to fail. I purchased the Xbox One Day One console on it's release date, along with Halo 4 on it's released date, as well as Halo MCC,
and Halo 5, along with additional controllers, headsets, battery packs, chargers and accessories. I think it's safe to say I have contributed quite significantly to Microsofts wealth, and deserve a helpful response at the VERY LEAST. We are talking literally
thousands of dollars spent on this company, I might as well be an investor, and this issue constantly plagues me every time I try to play, which is becoming less and less frequent, as I have more and more responsibilities that consume my time, which makes
this issue all the more frustrating because when I do get a few minutes of recreation time a week, I'm unable to actually enjoy the "services". All the more infuriating is how inaccessible you all are for support with this issue, as I am sure this is yet,
one more futile attempt to resolve my issue, that will continue to go ignored to no surprise.

Is Halo MCC still broken or has it been patched up?

Campaigns have been fine. Multiplayer still broken for me. There was one point where it worked really well but it's terrible the last few times I've tried to play online. It seems like a lot of people are having different experiences with it.

While this isnt that great of a multiplayer, the worst mp experience of 2012 easily goes to Max Payne 3. The MP3 campaign is amazing, the multiplayer is terrible!! In fact out of the top 20 games played on xboxlive its already dropped to19th place. GRFS
is 2nd worst mp experience.

 

Bump, can i at least have some of my money back, or is that not fair?
