Terrible Lag on all online games

Terrible Lag on all online games, especially MGSV and COD, where it completely ruins the gaming experience. It started about 3 weeks ago. I have a wired connection measured at 57 mbs download and 6.3 mbs upload. If I restart my xbox1, I won't have lag
for the first 30 or so minutes, but then it always returns, making most games unplayable. I have no issues with the same games on my PS4, but don't want to go that route as I am much further along in the games on xb, and other family members use it as their
primary console. Something has changed, as my friends are having the same issue. FYI: I have had the same all in one modem/router and the same settings for over a year. If I power cycle my modem nothing changes. If I power cycle the Xbox1, I get 30 minutes
lag free if I am lucky. Forza Horizon 3 is the only game I am not having issues with, but have not reached online play there yet. This is very frustrating. According to the speed test and online gaming test, I am perfectly fine, even when the lag returns.

What's the most frustrating game you have played?

Trying to play Brink online,never got a full game and the lag was terrible at times.

dont get VT if you want online play, the lag is terrible.

Sorry to hear you're having lag issues—that's always frustrating. Does the lag happen with any other games, or is it just mostly MGSV & CoD? Do you experience the same issue if you play the games after you take your Xbox
One console offline? Additionally, we recommend going through the
slow performance troubleshooting guide for your Xbox One console.

I have gone through the slow performance guide and my connection is fine. No error messages, and exceeds all requirements. I updated my controller firmware, which helped for the usual 30 minutes and then lag again. Once the lagging starts in a game, it
continues until I restart the console, whether offline or online. Ryse and GTA Online have the same lag issues. They are the only other games I play that are online. Offline only games have no lag.

GTA online has been lagging for ages, you're not the only one who suffers from the lag. not sure about Ryse though haven't played it in awhile.

GTA Online some games can be laggy, some games can be ok. just find a new lobby for a stable one.

what is the brand and model # of the "all in one" device that you are using ?

 

Ubee - not sure on the model but standard for Time Warner's High Speed internet. Lagging now and my speed test shows outstanding results.

 

I have seen other people have issues with Ubee's either after an xbox update or a Ubees firmware update .....are you wired or wireless ? whichever , try the other and see if anything changes.....its not a speed issue ...
