Terrible graphics in FIFA 22 on Xbox Series S

Hello Microsoft Team,

since EA doesn't care about it and don't answer our questions via support or on EA answer site, I would ask you why this game is not still fixed, yet it's still advertised as Xbox Series S optimized. Game looks terrible, worse than 720p, last time I saw such graphics in FIFA 10 on X360...

100% of players are affected with that issue, we know there is created topic on trello, but it seems like it's only smokescreen to hide that problem is not being under investigation. Every major problem that players had on other platforms has been fixed in Title update (there has been 2 title updates), but XSS players are skipped with it. It's over the month since it's been officially reported, but EA still didn't do anything. Players on their community are furious, and started to demanding refunds. We know it's not that simple, but the law is on our side, we can't play game that has been advertised, we received unfinished product and for over month nothing has been changed or told to us. Their community managers first started to copy pasting messages like "it's under investigation, it's priority (what a lies)", then started to close threads since some rules breaking (another lies), some people received bans, and now they are completely ignoring every new thread, every question's about status of work's, we are left with that and no one want's to help. Once I even asked on technical chat about that issue, and their agent just closed chat without any reason, wchich just shows that EA don't want to even speak about it what will result in no fix, then we have to make a legal actions against that corporation, and in effect Microsoft will be involved too.

So I am here, asking for Microsoft team help to pressure EA so we can finally enjoy game only after month since release...

Don't get me wrong, I agree that Microsoft should be more pro-active given the game makes the Series S look like an original Xbox game....just that I don't expect them to. After all, when there are massive problems with games produced by their own developers, they don't do anything either.

Yeah I totally get you... I guess "Hey, EA, sort it out, it is looking bad for us" is pretty much what some of us are waiting for, sure only EA can fix it, but surely this has a lot at stake for Microsoft as well, surely losing clients to Playstation post Fifa 22/ in the long run with so many customers mainly buying their consoles first and foremost for Fifa. Many people who had Series S might now just get rid of their consoles and use it as a deposit for PS5. Did not expect Microsoft to sit back and just take it, I can imagine its a pretty big share of their future business.

But lets see what happens, I really dont want to go PS5 in Sept/Oct for Fifa 23, both from a financial and loyalty point of view, but hundreds of thousands might go that route...hope it can somehow get sorted.

BTW. New big patch is out for FIFA 22 on consoles and no mentioning a about that issue, still on trello page fill FIFA 23 probably https://trello.com/c/tPApPL68/178-xbox-series-s-reduced-visual-fidelity-impacting-some-players

I just requested refund, but it’s shame that Microsoft didnt do anything about that either.

Quick update: Just sold my XSS, Microsoft have great offers but as I see, support is really bad. Welcome Sony.

This is clearly a problem with the rendering so I suspect the game is corrupt as this 2022 version not some 1999 release
