Terrible enforcement once again

Ok.. so i get a notification of enforcement from xbox for 'harassment or bullying behaviour' (bearing in mind im still on a communications ban that has lasted forever) so I decided to take it on the chin since it was only 7 days... now... seven days has
passed i turn on my xbox everything is fine can play games now, great... THEN.. after 3 hours passed i get another notification for the exact same thing which just doesnt add up first of all i have a communications ban which would make it very difficult for
me to 'bully' people second i had about 3 hours on my xbox half of that was playing rainbow siege the other was watching youtube and i do not recall any type of harassing behaviour within game.. this is getting ridiculous my gold memberships are now getting
wasted because of the amount of bans i have been getting lately all for communications which has been suspended since i called someone a bad word out of frustration over a game.. i have been a member for 9 years i have had xbox since xbox original ever since
this enforcement team have introduced them selves my xbox is becoming more and more unplayable and im really considering ps4 at the moment... xbox you need to do something about this im not the only one who sees this becoming a reoccurring problem when making
bans they should be reviewed properly to me it seems like they see a flagged user look at the reason and just issue an enforcement action.. ridiculous....

I don´t know why ppl insist in talk about MW3 in the Battlefield 3 forum... I like Battlefield, that´s why I´m here, if I want to read something about MW3, I guess I would entered in the MW3 forum... Which is the problem of other ppl liking another game?

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

They have been policing xbox live since it began.

Any report filed has to be investigated which takes time,you would of been suspended for something you did several weeks ago or longer,not while you were already serving a suspension.

There is also no time limit on when you can be suspended for a offence so if they discover other violations of the ToU/CoC you have committed while investigating you then you will receive further suspensions.

If you keep getting suspended it's because you keep breaking the rules & getting caught.
