    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! SAD THAT A 10 YEAR LOYAL CUSTOMER CANT BE HELPED!


    here is the simplification of it. Could not sing in(3 days). Was promised gift card for inconvenience by supervisor. Turned out to not be true. Then another supervisor said i was lying, there is no notes about anything like that. Was told he was gonna look
    into phone call recording to see if that was true. 2 days later (he needed 24 hours) i call back and was told there is no notes about that either.
    [Mod removed]!!! who do i speak to about lying employees?! Dont even care about the measly gift card!!

    I had called because i had problems singing in to my xbox account previously, due to what the agents referred to as an "outage" that engineers where working on repairing . while having these sing in problems(after speaking to many agents) I spoke to a supervisor
    about how this was a great inconvenience. He then told me i could be compensated for my inconvenience with a 1 month subscription to xbox live or game pass. I explained that i did not want a subscription. I then explained that what i was upset about was the
    fact that i had missed three days of being able to play online and receiving exclusive in-game rewards. The supervisor then stated that he too is a gamer and understands this inconvenience of not being able to receive these in-game rewards. I mentioned maybe
    i can receive a gift card to help purchase this in-game packs to better the chances of receiving these rewards. He then asked if i can hold to seek approval of this request. I was approved for this request he explained to me he would do it himself. That did
    not happen not i can not find he to speak to him about this. Called back again to see what is going on (at this point i dont even care about the 10 dollar gift card). spoke to a supervisor that said i was lying and they do not hand out gift cards, i told him
    that they need to pull up the recording and see why i was promised this then. now it seems nothing is being done and no notes on my claim bout any of this. there needs to be repercussions on these employees not doing there jobs(no notes being taken) and lying
    to customers to get them off the phone. who do i contact now to help me?

    apologize for that as well. Usually when we have service alerts our team works hard to get the services back up and running. Sometimes, it takes a span of 24-72 hours to get things fully back up and working. Regarding the promised compensation, that falls
    under the scope of the case which was created for you. As per our
    Microsoft Service Agreement:

    "We strive to keep the Services up and running; however, all online services suffer occasional disruptions and outages, and Microsoft is not liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result."

    Again, we apologize for the inconvenience experienced with the service outage.

    My issue is not the outage i can understand that. what about the lying support team!? another sincere apology is not what im looking for ive had plenty of those already. why was i promised something that can not be fulfilled?
