    I call to have help with my xbox someone named "Carl" hardly knew what he was talking about, and refused to patch me into someone that was his Supervisor kept saying No No No No No No No No No No No No No No No No No No, and then hung up on me. Nice microsoft,
    very nice way to treat loyal and paying customer for the last 10 plus years.

    Hey there, I'm sorry that that happened to you. The best course of action would be to keep trying support and hopefully get someone else on the line who can help you. Also, at the bottom of the contact support page there's a "give feedback" button you can

    If there's anything the community volunteers on the forums like the Xbox Ambassadors or the Xbox MVPs can do to help, we're also here to give troubleshooting advice and some degree of support help.

    There is a sticky thread in both enforcement forums telling you they are no longer in use.

    They probably should be locked down but aren't for some reason.

    At least you now know this for the future.
