Terrible Customer Service from Online Store

Order was returned to MS depot no response as to why or how I can get my product or money back.

Hung up on by a supervisor!!!!!!

Hs anyone else been experiencing very poor non responsive service from the online store representatives?

Refusal to give refund!

Refusal to ship replacement product!

Lack of empathy or any concern for the customer!

Can't connect with escalation department directly!

There is a whole lot of what they cannot do, one we think they are the can't do department.
