    The representative avoided helping me through my problem and microsoft itself has put me off what should i do to fix this issue? Sell the xbox which ive bought multiple games on?

    What issues are you having? If you can't log in, there is a service alert up, and Microsoft are working on it. For more info have a look here xbox.com/status
