    So yeah how about you guys do away with system of needing to complete a questionnaire in order for you to have a suspension case reviewed? The questions are fine tuned to be misleading and you only get three attempts. Not only did I get suspended for literally
    no reason, but i cant even apply for a case review because of this broken system. i got a suspension from communications because someone sent me hate mail for bending them over on gears of war 4 and i replied with "**** hoe". not really suspension worthy but
    ill take it. So i get on 2 days later and see that im suspended from playing for 14 days for "harassment, abuse, and threats". oh thats pretty interesting how i can do that while not being able to communicate.

    My account has received a two-week suspension for communication. I have not used voice chat in over a month, and the only profanity I have used recently was "no S**t" in response to somebody saying I was bad at a game. When I tried to file for review,
    the system of one wrong answer=restart completely ruined the system. One of the questions was something along the lines of "can avatars be purple?" and seeing as how I have barely touched the avatar creator in the past few years, I had no idea whether or
    not they could be. I would like to talk to somebody, but there is no email, support chat, or phone number listed for me to contact. I would just like to add that if this is over my gamertag, that this was the one given to me upon creation of my account.

    All the answers to the questions can either be found in the code of conduct which can be read here Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers or on the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com

    Finally by cussing which you admit you did even the way you responded to the person is a violation of the code of conduct. and subject to a suspension.

    The enforcement team does not follow these forums and the only way to contact them is through the case review process and to be eligible you have to answer all of the questions correctly.

    This page will explain how a user can be issued a suspension while serving a suspension. https://enforcement.xbox.com/.

    No one but an enforcement team member can respond to any suspensions issued by the enforcement team.

    You admit that you broke the code of conduct when you said
    "...i replied with "**** hoe". not really suspension worthy but ill take it. " It doesn't matter who started what, if the code of conduct is broken and the incident is reported, the enforcement team will investigate.

    You could have muted the user, then walked away as noted in the
    Code of Conduct.

    IIf you haven't read the terms of use how would you filed case review when you don't know what the rules are?

    Other then common sense

    If you don't know what you said was an offence maybe you should start using common sense

    I can tell you that's not acceptable anywhere regardless who started it

    You learn that in life that harassment or cursing is not ok

    If you don't see anything wrong with harassment then you really need to use common sense and read the terms of use

    Right and wrong is pretty clear cut

    Go right ahead and tell a police officer he started it

    You would be in cuffs faster then when you finish the sentence

    Harassment is not ok ever regardless of who starts the fight

    And cursing is never ok

    How about you read & learn the code of conduct you agreed to follow then the questionnaire would be easy.

    Then again,if you followed the code of conduct like you agreed to then you wouldn't be suspended in the first place.

    The system isn't broken.

  9. same happened to me i am dealing with racist rage quitting trolls on friday the 13th they openly bragged how they will ruin my rep to others and did and are still gaming and ruining the game for others and doing the same to anyone who doesn't let them win
    xbox doesn't seem to care about racism or toxic gamers who spam report and break their code of conduct as long as they ay money and don't blatantly cheat they can be terrible human beings and get away with it
