    So today my friend Arbiter x117 was banned today. After playing a competitive Overwatch match together last night some jerk on are team sent Arbiter a message telling him he should kill him self. Arbiter promptly responded with "****" exactly like that just
    the letters. Now hes the one banned for the next week. Honestly just don't implement a ban system if your not going to properly monitor this crap. I hear racist comments day in and day out from people who never have enforcement actions taken against them.
    Who is this system supposed to protect?

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and they do not use the forums. Any information about the ban would be listed on
    http://enforcement.xbox.com They do not give specifics.

    Ban reasoning

    Hi there. Just trying to find out if there is any way to find out WHY a ban occurred. The language used in the Enforcement System is very broad and vague and could encompass most anything. My son was online and I was present when the action was received
    and I would like to know what lead to it.

    If you hear something that violates the ToU/CoC then report the person then block them.

    If you reply in a way that breaks the rules then you risk being suspended.People have caught on to this & will send messages trying to provoke a response just so that they can report you.

    Your friend would need to go to the enforcement site where they can file for a case review if eligible

    It's non appealable and its has no reason stated. Email as usual just says "you were subject to enforcement" really getting tired of this terrible automated enforcement. Especially after the "permanent ban" glitch

    no one looked at my feedback hub post or replied and it’s been three days guess your right it’s a waste of time and they don’t care horrible joke of a system I see other posts of people with the same problem not being told the reason and being banned not real world trading Just unfair bans for unknown reasons gamers/consumers deserve to atleast know the specific reason. without the help of Microsoft the enforcement team is untouchable and unaccountable for anything they decide. Truly a terrible system.
