Terraria wont load

Discus and support Terraria wont load in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have xbox one s with a disc copy of terraria but just seems to stop half way through loading and the flower on the bottom left just keeps going...     Terraria wont load


    I have xbox one s with a disc copy of terraria but just seems to stop half way through loading and the flower on the bottom left just keeps going round. It says its converting worlds and might take several minutes i left it for an hour and no change. I uninstalled
    it and tried again same thing Terraria wont load :(

    So i decided to buy digital copy from microsoft store and still does the same thing. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this please.

    What does work and doesnt is strange

    The title says it all im experiencing some weird thing minecraft wont load but doesnt freeze Black ops 2 does gewezen before i get the menu and terraria doesnt freeze and does load..

    Can't Redownload games

    I have enough space available to download Terraria from "Ready To Install" but it wont start the download

    Terraria wont load

    Delete the game, remove the account from the console, do a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-add the account and download the game

    No all her saved Minecraft and Terraria files are gone. And any new ones she starts they become corrupt and wont stay saved. She tried to load them and they crash.
