When is the 1.3 update for Terraria coming too Xbox one?

This is a shock announcement, but Terraria is coming to XBox one.

This is a game i love, played 100hrs of it on pc, i had it on 360 and have it on iOS aswel. No doubt ill get it again on xb1. (if its decently priced)

I like this game so much, I may buy it a 3rd time (I already have it on PC & Xbox 360).

 

I think the game is a copycat of minecraft. Id like to see happy wars and the sims 3 and 4 come to xbox 1. The sims is on soooooo many platforms.

 

Anyone who thinks Terraria is a copy-cat of Minecraft couldn't be more WRONG.

Trust me, I own & have played both for days on end.

 

^^ Agree, anyone who thinks that is ignorant. Happy Wars is more of Fat Princess copy cat than Terraria is of Minecraft.

Never played Minecraft or Terraria to compare the two, but from internet searches Terraria would only be played when its free. It seems like a very troubled game.

Minecraft and Happy Wars and the Sims 3 are... 3D games. Minecraft from my research has more sales. I'm not sure I'd want to get a "2D" game ;P... but it's good to know it will come Xbox 1 for those who want it ;DD

 

Okay, first of all, Wikipedia isn't the most reliable of sources, and two, if you're basing your opinion on whether a game is 3D over 2D and/or its sales as opposed to other games, then you're going to be missing out on a LOT of great games - Terraria being
one of them. There are a ton of things you can do or make in Terrarria that you can't get in Minecraft!

 

Next question is: will it have a discounted price tag like Minecraft: Xbox One Edition?

 

Good question - I'd like to know that too. I'm guessing though, probably not.

 

I'm with bird.

I do not want old games let alone 2D games on my brand new more powerful than before machine.

Just does not make sense.

But I guess the more games the better.
