    Ah, I think that might be the issue, Lielais G. Unfortunately the Xbox LIVE Gold service is not currently available in Latvia - that would be why you're unable to redeem the code on your account. I really wish I had better news for you! You can find out

    If you don't use your account that long Microsoft may delete your account which includes all contents purchased.

    You have to accept the new Terms of Use before allowed to use live, so it only makes sense for them to not allow you to USE the service until you agree to terms of use. Because you wont be allowed to use Xbox Live if you don't agree.
