Terms of Use Loop

Here's what's happening: Sign in to child's account, prompted to accept the updated terms of use. Click I agree to the terms, then prompted by a message saying it needs parental approval. So I follow the 'Next' button, sign into this account and accept the
terms but then it says it needs parental approval? It seems as though Xbox isn't registering my sign-in, so I'm unable to approve of the terms of use. This is very frustrating, all I want to do is cancel the xbox live membership and I'm unable to do so because
the website has a flaw.

Please start by resetting your parental account password. If that does not work and your still getting a loop or giving you an error,
please reach out to the Microsoft Account team here as this is a Microsoft account issue and not something that anyone on Xbox
Support forums can help you with.

Try using a different browser, internet explorer, chrome etc.

 

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm getting the same results. Tried Chrome, Firefox, and IE and nothing is working. I cant do it through the Xbox either, the power brick is shot. All I want to do is cancel live membership so I'm not being charged for something
that wont be used...

 

If the payment is due soon you`re better off phoning support and ask them to remove the auto renew.

If its not due soon wait a couple of days till this hacking business is over, and try again.
