    i got comunication baned just for sending 1 msg this infringes on my rights to free speach and text. Not my fault someone took offence to me telling them to grow up and stop acting like a **** 12 yearold

    Early today i logged on and was notified that I had to accept the new terms of use policy on my account. My account is a child account that requires a password from the adult account. when I went to accept them it said it was an update from last year. I'm
    not having any troubles accepting it or anything but when i logged back on about 5 minutes ago it asked me again to accept the new terms of use. It isn't hard to accept them again I'm just wondering why it has asked me twice on the same day to accept the new
    terms of use. If someone could give me an explanation that would be great.

    You have signed an agreement when you registered for xbox live and that is to behave according to the Code of Conduct. Xbox live is a gaming community open to all and for that we all have to respect rules of this community.

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues

    Yes you are physically able to write whatever you want but had you read the Terms of Use you'd know what you shouldn't write. Just like anyone could physically steal from a store. Because you know the laws (hopefully) you know you shouldn't do that.
