    So my account was hooked up my mothers ex and when we left him his info was still on our thing and it needs me to put in his password and email. i cant get onto my account which ive spent money on without it and have tried multiple times to transfer emails
    but have been denied by microsoft

    Unbanning my account?

    Unfortunately, the severity of others' infractions doesn't change whether your actions violated the Terms of Use. If other players are also violating the Terms of Use then they are also subject to a ban if reported. If you did send messages with foul language
    to other players, then that is a justifiable ban because it violate the Terms of Use for harassment.

    That is actually against the Terms of Use, and can result in a ban.
