terms of service

Im using windows 8. When I try to log into my account, xbox, it says I need to accept new terms of service and to open the xbox app, HELP! Ive opened the app, Ive searched....help!!!

Is there a way someone from Xbox Support could look at my account to see what the problem is?

If you go to Settings, then Account, it should list your Microsoft Account. Under there you might find a warning or a link about the terms - if so, click the button to update your settings and accept the terms. After this you should be able to open the Xbox
App.
