Terms and Conditions Parent Account

So the account I use now I bought from a friend who I no longer know and have no way of contacting whatsoever. Apparently I have to log into the parent email to change the terms and conditions of my account, something I have never had to do before. I have
not used the parent account for 3 1/2 years and have guessed every possible password I can think of. I can log into my regular account, which I know the password to, but cannot log into the parent account, and therefore can't use xbox live, despite having
gold. Any attempts at contacting Xbox Live Support have all failed, and i've been looking for two days and nothing has helped. Please, somebody help me fix this problem

Cant access my account!

So I have gone onto my Xbox and a pop up has appeared telling me to accept the terms and conditions and code of conduct for Xbox live but the problem is its telling me I need to access my parents email to accept the terms and conditions but I cant access
my parents account as it was recently hacked and we could not get it back so my parent are using a different account now and I cant accept the terms and conditions if I cant access the parents account that we lost!

Accepting Terms and Conditions - Parent account

Hey there BONTUS,

If you are prompted to accept the new Terms of Use on the console, then the parental email should be displayed as it asks that parental email to accept the new agreements. If you can see that email address, then
go to the forgot password page and try resetting the password from there. If you are still not able to access the account after that, please fill out
this account recovery form and wait to hear back from the accounts team. If that should happen to fail as well, then you will need to try contacting our phone team. Please let us now if these steps are able
to help you regain access to your account. Thanks!

Every xbox live profile account is build around individual data that serve to protect this account and offer possibility of identification when help is needed. My suggestion will be to use an account of your own and not that of another person who you don't
know.

Please contact phone support and have them take a look at the account. More than likely, they will need to remove the parental account from your account and add a new one to it. Once there is a new one on the account, agree to the terms of service update. If
your account is the age of 20 you should have the option to promote your account from a child to an adult.

I am having the exact same problem, previously I wasn't even able to download certain demos or videos because of the supposed "age restriction."

Can't xbox just get rid of the terms and conditions parents have to accept? Since the parents can already restrict the child account and the parents must of agreed with the terms and conditions by allowing their child to use xbox live and buying it for them.
It would be so much better if they allowed the owner of the account (child account) to accept the conditions, after all it's their account.

This is so messed up, i'm gonna get a ps4 instead of xbox one
