    Hello,

    i have been trying for the past day and a half to get my teredo connection to work. I have a wired connection and have tried the xboxtroubleshooting measures and nothing seems to work. Is there anyone out there who has had this problem or who can walk me
    through DMZ, port forwarding or UPnP to fix this issue. Xbox support has told me they are working wth comcast engineers to fix the problem but neither comcast nor xbox have a fix for the problem. Please help.

    This worked! I opemed ports 88 through 53976 and my NAT type is now open! Thanks for the help. It only took 16 hours lol

    Hey there Droppin thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us.

    We suggest checking out our
    ”I get an error message when I run the ‘Test multiplayer connection’ on Xbox One” page     since it addresses this particular issue on there. Also check out the
    Port Forwarding website since it has some very comprehensive steps on there.

    To be completely thorough, unplug the network hardware for a full 5 minutes, please make sure its a full five minutes to guarantee a refresh of the firmware on the gateway. After the 5 minutes clear the Network
    Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

    Advanced settings

    Alternate MAC Address

    Clear and restart

    Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

    Everrything was fine until a power outage yesterday due to a strom.

    To elaborate i have tried port forwarding with the correct settings. My internet works on all other devices and everything was fine prior to the power outage.
