Teredo unable to qualify

This is more of a complaint than anything. I paid 100 dollars for Forza Horizon 4 the day it came out, and haven't been able to play online for more than 5 minutes at a time EVER, with it usually lasting around 30 to 40 seconds before getting booted off for teredo issues. I've tried every fix, official and unofficial. I've contacted support, who spent 2 hours remotely controlling my computer trying every fix, to no avail. I've tried every fix again on my own, again, again, again, and then again 3 more times to be sure. I reinstalled windows, which did nothing. I bought windows 10 pro (some gpedit commands people claimed to fix it were unavailable in windows 10 home or standard edition, whatever it's called) and THAT didn't work. No real answers from any staff besides the one time I got lucky with an attempted remote repair - everyone else just tells me to screw off and that I should check forum fixes. Every forum post gets answered then closed before the poor victim of this forza scam can say "hey, that didn't work. Hmmm, maybe I can get a refund and play any other one of the tons of racing IP's that don't use some ruinous proprietary networking solution so I can actually benefit from the majority of content I paid an extra 70% of the price for."

Really, it's ridiculous that this game doesn't work on a fresh install of windows. It's ridiculous that you conned me out of over 200 dollars and and absurd hours (we're talking well over 40 combined hours of my own time, as well as at least 6 of support's) to try to turn a brick of a game into something enjoyable. No refund, no meaningful help, and no solution. Feels like Algebra 1 all over again.
