Teredo Unable to Qualify PC

Been trying to play Halo Infinite and Halo MCC and I keep getting disconnected. When I test the xbox network connection it says "Teredo is unable to qualify" and claims I'm blocked from multiplayer games.

Did the obvious first and restarted my router, restarted the game, and restarted the pc first. I even uninstalled and re-installed both games. Didn't fix it.

I've used CMD to disable Teredo and restarted my computer, then used CMD to re-enable it and it fixed my issue temporarily, but after a match or two it will disconnect me yet again. I've searched all over the internet and tried a few other "fixes" but nothing seems to be a long term fix for my issue.

My internet works great with 70 mb upload and 1 gb download, and has no issues with either IPV4 or IPV6 connections. Restarted my router just in case, but it did not work.

Been an issue for the last week, and nothing I've done has worked long term.

Press the Start button , select Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking, and look for NAT Type under Xbox Live multiplayer.

If it says Teredo is unable to qualify, it means your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.

Hi Vladimir,

Thanks for replying to keep us updated. If you're unable to connect to the Xbox server as a result of the Teredo not being able to qualify and you've previously attempted
all of the solutions that were provided by XBF George via the links he gave you, then you may wish to take a look at the earlier posts that I researched and found from our Windows 10 forums as it may be helpful (I'm placing the link below.).

Odd, I suggest you try these basic troubleshooting steps!

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.

Then try this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

If it still doesn't work you're going to uninstall the games services using a powershell command, then you're going to open the gamepass app, it will ask you to download and install the game services again :

In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC, then open your Xbox gamepass app, it will ask you to install the gaming services again, install it and try again.
