    Teredo Unable to Qualify Blocked Windows 10


    Since Nov 8th 2022 my computer was suddenly unable to access any of the Xbox services. Can't play games, or log into my account on the applications, implying I have no internet, yet here I am posting this. I've tried an immeasurable number of fixes from the help page regarding such on the Microsoft pages themselves, the "Fix It" buttons in my settings, registry editor, service manager, device manager, Admin Command Prompt commands to enable and disable it, Powershell to do the same, to even installing some third party application called Restoro to possibly fix something. EVERYTHING I have tried has resulted in it being unable to qualify and leaving me blocked. I tried configuring my router, and group policies as well. Still no luck. What am I doing wrong? I REALLY do not want to factory reset my computer due to the time it takes to restart the system and clean it, install a fresh OS, activate said OS, install applications, and then install the game which I would have to log into. I would be absolutely devastated if even doing that gave me no fix, which is why I'm incredibly hesitant on that action. No forum seems to offer anything other than the fixes I have listed.

    Hello Eixl, I don't know exactly what procedures you've tried, but from my experience and cases I see it has to do with your network and your internet provider.

    Teredo. Teredo is a networking protocol that’s used to establish secure communications between clients and servers, and to facilitate
    connectivity between devices behind routers that use network address translation (NAT). Without a
    Teredo IP address, you’ll be unable to use party chat or do multiplayer gaming on Xbox Live. Generally, this is a setting in your router that can be toggled on/off.

    To get your Teredo to qualify, I would recommend the troubleshooting solutions available from the following support articles to get yourself back in the game:

    If using a Windows 10 PC:

    NAT type on Windows 10 displays "Teredo is unable to qualify"

    Xbox Live server connectivity on Windows 10 is blocked

    If on an Xbox One console:

    NAT type on Windows 10 displays "Teredo is unable to qualify"
