Teredo unable to qualify, attempted all xbox help solutions.

So I keep getting teredo unable to qualify along with server connectivity being blocked on my xbox networking app for my pc. after checking my settings and attempting all solutions suggested on the help page for teredo unable to qualify I still cannot connect, also when running the show state command on terminal for teredo I still receive:

Error : none

does anyone have a potential fix for this, other than what is already on the help page?

Hi there Kraken welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Do you have a VPN service? If so try this:

Open Device Manager and choose Show hidden devices.

Access Network Adapters.

Uninstall adapters with similar names to TAP-Windows Adapter V9.

Verify if uninstalling the VPN adapter cleared the Teredo issues.

Sometimes VPN services can interfere with Teredo and cause Teredo is unable to qualify message to appear.

To fix the problem, it’s advised to disable and remove VPN adapters from your PC. To do that, use this solution,

Once you remove the VPN from your PC, check if the problem is resolved. If removing the VPN solves the problem, it might be a good time to consider switching to a different VPN software.

Thanks for replying to keep us updated. If you're unable to connect to the Xbox server as a result of the Teredo not being able to qualify and you've previously attempted
all of the solutions that were provided by XBF George via the links he gave you, then you may wish to take a look at the earlier posts that I researched and found from our Windows 10 forums as it may be helpful (I'm placing the link below.).

Thank you for the suggestion, I did find out that "Teredo is unable to qualify" however all the solutions on the "NAT type on Windows displays "Teredo is unable to qualify" Microsoft page did not work, and I still cannot connect to Horizon life, could this be a problem on their end?

I finally figured it out! I have a AirPort base station, so all I had to do was go to the Airport Utility application on my mac, go to Network Settings, and allow Teredo Tunneling.

If your NAT type says "Teredo is unable to qualify" , I would recommend checking the numerous potential solutions mentioned in this link: NAT type on Windows 10 displays "Teredo is unable to qualify" | Xbox Support

Note: Try to go through the steps one by another, if the first does not solve the issue, move to the next!
