Teredo tunneling pseudo-interface is missing

Few days ago I bought halo wars 2 for PC, but today when i tried to play with my friends, I noticed that something was going wrong with Teredo tunneling pseudo-interface,

NAT type in the app says "Teredo is unable to qualify"

I tried to fix it as the support guide says, by going to network adapters and turning on "show hidden devices" option, but Teredo is not there. Then I tried to install the driver using "add legacy hardware" option - Network devices-
Microsoft - But the driver is not there.



I've been trying to fix this problem the entire day. Can someone help me please?

Uninstall and reinstall the Teredo adapter

To uninstall the Teredo adapter:

1. Right-click the Start icon, and then select Command Prompt (Admin).
   
2. Run the following command from the Admin command prompt:
   netsh interface Teredo set state disable
   
3. Right-click the Start icon, and then select Device Manager.
   
4. Select View > Show Hidden Devices.
5. Select Network Adapters.
6. Identify any adapters that contain "Teredo," such as Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface or
   Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter. Right-click the adapter name, and then select
   Uninstall.
7. Restart your PC.

To re-enable the Teredo adapter:

1. Right-click the Start icon, and then select Command Prompt (Admin).
   
2. Run the following command from the Admin command prompt:
   netsh interface Teredo set state type=default
   

Note The
Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter will reinstall automatically. Don’t install the
Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface adapter manually in Device Manager, as this may cause issues with Teredo functionality.

It didn't work.

My biggest problem is that teredo is missing in my computer even when show hidden devices is activated.

Here is the current state

Type : client

Server Name : terdoServerName

Client Refresh Interval : 20 seconds

Client Port : unspecified

State : offline

Error : none
