Teredo Tunneling Adapter isn't there and I tried everything

I looked for it and it wasn't there, i looked in the questions in the site for hours but all of the options bring me to a point where I don't have something needed like when they add it but it's not in my list or when they go in gpedit.msc, but i don't have the "all settings" selection.

when I write "netsh interface Teredo show state" in prompt this comes:

C:\WINDOWS\system32>netsh interface Teredo show state

Teredo Parameters

I don't know what else to do, if anyone could help me I'd be grateful because I've been here for hours, thanks.

Now that's weird, I put the antivirus back on and turned off and on the pc and it didn't work anymore, after a bit I checked again and now it works?

Well I'm surely not going to complain but I am confused right now.

Thanks a lot for the help Josef, now I'm going to bed and tomorrow I'm going to try again and see if it still works, if not I'll write it.

Yes, it's only happening on this PC, I've tried it on another device and it works perfectly.

The SFC is running, I had to RestoreHealth because it found problems but couldn't fix them and it's now doing that.

I disabled temporarily the antivirus, I've got AVG.

In this case you may need to reach AVG support and ask them how to whitelist the driver

That's really odd.
And just to confirm, is this happening only in that PC?
Or if you use a different PC the issue with the Teredo adapter persist?

In the meantime, try running the SFC tool to see if you can restore or if the drive appears ready to be installed

By the way, if the PC has an antivirus or firewall please disable all the protections temporarily (or if you don't mind, remove the programs temporarily)

Hi, thanks for the quick response JosefLBohorquez.

I've already tried manually installing the adapter but when I have to select the driver to install after selecting Microsoft in the left section nothing about Teredo shows up in the right section.

(There's nothing with "Teredo" even in the other ones scrolling down)

I've also tried with gpedit.msg through the run menu with Windows+R,

in the steps that I've seen doing they go in Computer Configuration>Administrative Templates and then they say to go in "All settings" but it's not there.

I tried many commands in the prompt too that I found in various replies of other questions but none worked.

(In the images some things are in italian because this is also my mother's computer and she's italian and can't speak english while I can speak italian so the computer is in italian.)
