Teredo server connectivity is blocked on xbox app. Works fine on other devices on same network.

I am unable to connect to parties on the xbox app on windows 10, at first under the network setting it would say "Teredo is unable to qualify" after spending 20+ hours trying to fix this issue going over every official support forum and trying
every solution multiple times, i now have a strict nat type but server connectivity is "Blocked" i am still unable to connect to parties. I can connect fine on other windows 10 devices on the same network.

i wouldn't be posting here if it wasn't absolutely necessary. what would block this on my pc? i have avast antivirus and Mcafee(currently uninstalled). No other optimizer's or firewalls. Windows firewall is active and up to date.

I'm having issue with server connectivity(blocked) in Xbox App and I can't join parties.

I have done almost everything but didn't fixed and I've checked this link already (

Yes I'm connected to the Internet.

No I haven't tried a different network as its a fulsized pc, however I have a windows 10 tablet on the same network and teredo works fine on it.

As I stated before I've tried every solution from both of those links 5+ times each. But thank you for the response.
