Teredo NAT type error

I recently got a used Xbox One, and whenever I connect to any WiFi, it says that the NAT type is unavailable and a teredo problem. I also tried using my mobile hotspot and different WiFis. When it didn't work, I connected to the same WiFi on my brother's
Xbox One S, and it worked perfectly, with the NAT type on open.

Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this, or is it just my Xbox that's broken?

UPDATE:

I deleted the portforwarding rules for my Xbox One and opened the required ports for my laptop and now my NAT type is not available (I also opened them in my Internet Security provider - McAfee). I uninstalled the Teredo Tunnelling Psuedo-Interface again
and installed Microsoft Teredo Tunnelling Adapter. I went to check the state of teredo and it said:

netsh interface teredo>sh st

Hey there, as the console is second hand let's start fresh by
resetting the console. Then try again, and let us know if you are seeing the same issue.
