    Teredo is unable to qualify, which can block me from playing multiplayer


    I played call of duty vanguard from release until five days ago when my crew and I tried joining a match. We would just continue matchmaking without loading into a game. I left the multiplayer lobby and soon after they loading into a match. I have not been able to play a multiplayer match since then. When I research to see what the problem could be this is the message I receive. NAT Type: Teredo is unable to qualify. it means your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address. I've called my ISP who went through some steps on there side, ending with them telling me to contact support with Microsoft. Can someone if anyone please help me or point me in the right direction.

    why is microsoft so bad and over complicated, ?

    and what is nat type teredo is unable to qualify. this could block you from playing multiplayer games,

    what is this? why does it even exist?

    It looks like the problem, but i don't know how to solve it.

    My name is Vinicius. If you're using a CONSOLE:

    Hey KristenMiller4, how are you today? Hope you're well.

    Call your internet service provider, and ask them to open the ports described below on your router.

    Port 88 (UDP)

    Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 80 (TCP)

    Port 500 (UDP)

    Port 3544 (UDP)

    Port 4500 (UDP)

    Also ask to disable and then, enable it again the UPnP function and if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

    Besides, ask them to put their PC's IP in the DMZ zone configuration.

    To locate the IP of your PC: On the taskbar, select Wi-Fi network > the Wi-Fi network you're connected to > Properties.

    Under Properties, look for your IP address listed next to IPv4 address.

    I am a gamer and independent advisor on the XBOX community platform.

    If neither of those procedures works, try to restore your PC's OS via the ISO image tool, using that tool you will be able to maintain your installed games and files.
