Teredo is unable to qualify

I'm trying to play State of Decay 2 on Windows 10 with some friends, but I cannot connect to the Xbox multiplayer. In the console companion app, under the network section my NAT type says: "Teredo unable to qualify" and my server connectivity is blocked.

Heres what I have tried:

Every solution from the Microsoft help page

Restarted the router, set the Teredo port via command line(3074, and the ones between 52586-60209), port forwarded all the Xbox ports between 52586-60209, restarted the router again and the PC.

Updated Windows to the latest version (when I did this the NAT type said Moderate and server connectivity was connected for a brief time, but its back to the original problem)

Windows doesn't seem to allow the uninstalling of Xbox Companion but I did reset it in the Control Panel and that did not work.

Other information:

I'm connected via Ethernet,

I have another PC on the same network, with Ethernet connection and it is connected to the server with an Open NAT type.

That PC at one time had an Xbox One connected to it, but the Xbox is now by itself on a TV, but is still connected to the network via WiFi.

The only solution I heard but do not want to try is reinstalling Windows 10.

If you have any suggestions for me please let me know.

Thanks for updating us with your reply. Teredois a networking protocol that’s used to establish secure communications between clients and servers, and to facilitate connectivity between
devices behind routers that use network address translation (NAT). Without a
TeredoIP address, you’ll be unable to use party chat or do multiplayer gaming on Xbox Live. Generally, this is a setting in your router that can be toggled on/off.

To get your Teredoto qualify, I would recommend the troubleshooting solutions available from the following support article (as you've exhausted the solutions
from the other applicable article) to get yourself back in the game:

Xbox Live server connectivity on Windows 10 is blocked

Should you still experience the same issue even after trying all the solutions from both articles, then we would further recommend that you contact your ISP (internet service provider) for assistance as this is due to a setting in your router or network
hardware that must be set correctly.

Give this a try and let us know the results.

Those steps were the first thing i tried. I called Xbox support, they were the ones who told me to update Windows and reinstall Xbox Console Companion
