Teredo is unable to qualify - server connectivity is blocked

Hello, so I had to factory reset my PC a few weeks ago due to a crash. After getting everything back up and running, I tried using the Xbox App for party chat and now all of a sudden the NAT type shows Teredo is unable to qualify (sometimes shows strict)
and then the server connectivity is blocked. I tried a lot of the steps given in the support articles about this but nothing has helped, I tried restarting the IP helper service as well as the IKE and Xbox live auth services, which did help but starting today
this workaround isnt helping anymore.

I then tried everything here: Xbox App NAT Type Displays Teredo Is Unable to Qualify | Xbox App on Windows 10 which also did not help.

Not sure if this is also needed as info, but I tried using DMZ to my PC which did not change anything. I also reset my PC again to factory defaults and still no change.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I keep getting an issue on the xbox app on windows 10 PC, it says NAT type: Teredo is unable to qualify and my server connectivity is blocked and i have looked at all forums on the microsoft website and nothing seems to fix my issue
