"Teredo is unable to qualify." I've tried every fix I could find

Thank you for the suggestion, I did find out that "Teredo is unable to qualify" however all the solutions on the "NAT type on Windows displays "Teredo is unable to qualify" Microsoft page did not work, and I still cannot connect to Horizon life, could this be a problem on their end?

Thank you for the attempts to help, but like I’ve said, I’ve already tried all the fixes in that article. When I check nat type it usually reads “Blocked” and “Teredo is unable to qualify.” Hitting fix it changes these things, but still no change in the game. NAT type will read “open” but it still says teredo is unable to qualify. I have tried every fix I can find in relation to command prompt and there is still no change. I tried repairing the game, no luck, just a deleted save file. I tried reinstalling, same thing. I appreciate the help though, I really do. If I sound bitter do not take it personally as I sunk hundreds hours into that game. Thank you.

I did solution 1 and nothing. I did solution 2 and nothing. I did solution 3 and nothing. I didn't do the ASUS Game First Service as it does not apply. I did solution 4 and nothing. I did solution 5 and it changed my Server name from win711 to default. I
skipped Solution 6. I can't really do anything for solution 7. I do not have Apple nor Fritz. Solution 8 doesn't apply to me? I don't have/use a VPN.

Edit: I just did step 6 - the command prompt notepad.exe c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and edit > find > "win10.ipv6.microsoft.com" and it was not found.
