    Hello,

    So recently I got a problem with my XBOX One, All was working fine untill on one day, it kept kicking me from games or wouldn't connect at all.

    So I checked my connectivity, and it said "Can't get a Teredo IP Address" and "NAT Type: Strict" after a while it turned to "NAT Type: Unavailable".

    I did things suggested on the internet and Youtube, and those didn't help at all.

    So I turned to my ISP and my modem/router, I called my ISP and they say nothing has changed which would lead to this problem.

    I also opened the ports on my router, and made sure my XBOX wasn't getting blocked somehow, and it wasn't.

    So right now I have no idea on any further solutions, and I hope the community can help me with this problem.

    Having the exact same problem with comcast except when I run a multiplayer test it says no teredo ip, I have done EVERYTHING in my power to fix it and it still is strict and it still says no teredo ip. I have even bypassed my router completely and plugged

    In case it's a local networking caching issue, have you tried a hard reset? Turn console on then hold the power button down for 10 seconds

    It could be an issue with the internal hardware in the xbox. Have any error codes popped up? If so try and contact support.(Even if there aren't any codes as well)Is it a Router hardware issue? is there any WIFI interference? Some times grey areas pop up
    around the home due to any number of reasons. Have you tried putting the Modem/router in a different place?

    Thank you for the reply,

    The XBOX is connected through a cable, I tried to fix it through Wifi aswell, but that didn't work either

    The Modem/Router has been replaced and even set to factory defaults, but it didn't help with the issue sadly
