Teredo IP/Error code 0x87c40011

Hi, I recently purchased an Xbox One (less than 3 days ago). On the first day, I got it set up smoothly, purchased and downloaded AW, was chatting with friends and everything looked great. Day 2, towards the end of the day, when I tried launching AW, the
Xbox froze for a minute and told me it failed to launch the game. I retried, and the Xbox completely froze. After several minutes I fully powered it down, turned it back on and the game was able to start, but I began receiving the error code 0x87c40011 when
I tried to send messages, party invites, start parties, or join games.

Now, morning of day 3 of possession of the console, I'm being told that I can't find a Teredo IP address when I run the test multiplayer connection, still receiving the error code, and games initiate about a 30-45 second black screen freeze when launched.
I never changed any xbox settings, never changed router settings, anything to initiate some sort of confusion with an IP. Checked WAN/NAT settings, all normal. Everything else in the house connects to internet perfectly fine. I read that resetting the console
to factory settings could fix the Teredo issue, but I'm really not wanting to have to redownload COD and my Assassins Creed games. Is there any reason my Xbox would have just decided to start causing issues with my Internet?

I played 360 for 8+ years and had less issues with that than I have had in 3 days of an Xbox One.

My XBOX One will not join parties or create parties.

The error code is 0x89231906 when I tested my multiplayer connection it told me something about a Teredo Ip. Please help.

To be able to better assist you, and find a solution, please post up the make and model of your router, and your modem as well (if this is not a single device).

If you've done any troubleshooting steps, then provide a detailed description of those steps, so we don't post up solutions that you've already tried.
