    Hi, i play on pc, and want to join voice chat with my friend *Edit*to voice party*Edit*. when i tried joining, i get the network error, i googled everything, and found this Xbox App NAT Type Displays Teredo Is Unable to Qualify | Xbox App on Windows 10

    it is an amazing post, but it lead me to one part which i got an answer that wasnt listed? Imgur

    Looking for a fix. have done everything else in the guide, and this is the only abnormality i have found.

    Error code: 0x89231806 Blocking Party chat

    Hey, all. For folks hitting this issue on the Xbox App on Windows 10, please try the steps listed here:

    support.xbox.com/.../troubleshoot-party-chat

    Through our investigations we've found a few different issues that tend to pop up on Windows 10 devices with regarding Party Chat:

    1. Teredo adapter not functioning normally.

    2. Windows Firewall being shut down (sometimes by third party security software), blocking Teredo connectivity.

    3. Third party security software blocking Teredo connectivity.

    The steps in the link above walk through some workarounds for the most common scenarios we've encountered.

    Incorrect configuration setting is one of the reasons why you're having issue joining party chat. To help you resolve this concern, I recommend that you open the network ports using port forwarding. To do this, you may follow the steps on the link below
    under "Open network ports using port forwarding".

    Note: It would be better if you will seek an assistance with your Internet service provider in opening network ports.

    Let's proceed to perform more troubleshooting steps.

    Please skip the parts where you have already tried.

    Check if the startup type of IP Helper is set to automatic

    Set the Teredo server name to its default

    Delete unnecessary entries

    Check if your router has been configured to enable Teredo connectivity
