Teredo error on multiple connections

Hi,

I have spent a good 4 hours trying to figure out why my Xbox One no longer wishes to connect to the multiplayer server. I haved tried different modems and router, followed all the trouble shooting steps, read plenty of forum posts and changed multiple settings
to no avail. My xbox 360 works absolutely fine still. Is there a known issue with the Xbox One simply refusing to connect to the server?

I am going to try factory resetting my xbox tomorrow but if this doesnt work then im stumped .

though you don't see this error on xbox)

I have heard of factory resetting the xbox fixing problems like this before so that's what I would do.

Other than that you could try your xbox in a friends house to see if it's a problem with your internet connection or ISP

It might have something else that hopefully solves the issue.

I've had the can't get Teredo IP address for four days now. I'm connected via ethernet to a Zyxel C3000z and followed all the support steps on the can't get Teredo IP address page and nothing seems to work. Multiple calls to xbox saying it was my ISP and
multiple calls to my ISP saying its xbox. Multiple factory resets of both my gateway and xbox. I've never played COD I just play Dead by Daylight.
