Teredo error for pc

I have tried everything I possible can it seems like. Someone help me resolve teredo issues. I cant uninstall because somehow it wont show up in order to do so

When you go to view your Network NAT Type on the console, what does it show? (Settings>Network) Also, if you run all the test for your network, does it popup with any errors?

Troubleshoot party chat

While trying to access the xbox app on my pc to talk to my buddies on xbox it constantly says that my network is blocking party chat. However I go to xbox and all works perfect. I test my internet connection to see whats wrong and it says that teredo is
unable to qualify. Ive gone to the xbox nat type forums and it gave me 8 or so different things to do and I tried them all. I can uninstall the xbox up only terminate and reset. I believe the model of my router is an **** but im not sure.

 

Also teredo does not show up in my network adapters
