Teredo doesn't work. Minecraft windows 10 edition.

Yesterday I was Playing quietly with a friend at minecraft, this morning I try to enter his world ande he started to give error: impossible to connect to world. After a bit of reserch I realized that the problem is Teredo. I followed many guides without
results. Checking in settings I noticed that IPv4 IPv6 connectivity comes out disconnected. Can anyone please help me? thank you.

    :)

Try hard resetting your console. To do this hold down the power button for around 8 seconds or until it turns off. Reboot the console and see if the issue is resolved. If not, try contacting xbox support at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/,
as they would be able to solve this issue.

    xbox play anywhere on minecraft

I own minecraft "windows 10 edition" on xbox one but isn't availabile on windows 10....
There is no "Windows 10 Edition" on the Xbox One.

On the Xbox One, there was a "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" but that has been replaced with just "Minecraft".

As the others already said, "Minecraft" is not a Play Anywhere title, so owning "Minecraft" on the Xbox One, doesn't give you "Minecraft Windows 10 Edition" on the PC.

However, if you own Minecraft Java Edition on PC, you can log into your Mojang Account on PC, and can get a code for the Windows 10 Version.
