    Greetings,

    My Teredo state is disabled and I've tried all the solutions available but nothing worked, when i look up drivers on device manager. There is no driver such as " Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter". When i tried to install it manually i couldn't find it
    in the manual installation list. What might fix my problem?.

    Okay, so I have a gaming laptop (an Asus ROG) and I consider myself pretty good with computers. I found that the issue was something with Teredo, which I had never heard of before, but when searching the error (0x89231806), I found that it has to do with
    IPv6, something only familiar with because of the problems it provides when trying to create servers when you have an Xfinity modem. Anyway, I went through the problem list and tried many of the options to fix it. None of them worked. That doesn't concern
    me nearly as much as this:

    1. The adapter doesn't exist even in my hidden devices in device manager. There is nothing to do with 'Teredo' or even 'tunneler' other than Hamachi, which I keep disabled until I have need of it.
    2. I can see in the command prompt the information about Teredo, and it is said to be disabled. However, when I try to enable it by setting it to "client" or "default", it doesn't change. I have tried disabling GameFirst III (which is up to date, I checked)
      and changing the values in the DisabledComponents file as was suggested, but nothing seemed to work.
    I always feel cautious around system files like that because I have another laptop that is internally ruined as far as system flies go. I don't want that to happen to this one, else I would have played around a bit more.

    I'm using Windows 10 64 bit.

    Do the dev are still on it because the problem remained unfixed. We're even wondering if the support is readen istead of throwing some support page that obviously everyone tried but didn't work...

    Hi Darklinkx10, Thanks for trying the troubleshooting tips that have been suggested and sorry to hear none of them helped with your issue. What would be of great help is if you could report this issue via Xbox App Beta using the "Report a problem" so we
    can request an investigation. You can DL the beta version of the app by going to the store on your PC and searching "Xbox App Beta". In the mean time I have reported this in our reports to the developers so they are aware of this issue.

    Hi MORIFUY,

    Probably Teredo Adapter is disabled, pelase run this command to see if it is disabled.

    netsh interface Teredo show state

    To re-enable the Teredo adapter:

    Right-click the Start icon, and then select Command Prompt (Admin).

    Run the following command from the Admin command prompt:

    netsh interface Teredo set state type=default

    Note The Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter will reinstall automatically. Don’t install the Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface adapter manually in Device Manager, as this may cause issues with Teredo functionality.

    Run CMD as an Administrator and Try these commands.

    netsh int teredo set state disable

    netsh int teredo set state type=default
