Teredo connection issue

Performing a port forward works at times, yet some home routers will block Teredo connectivity if they detect that an IPv6 connection is present on the WAN interface of the router. For Teredo to function normally,
the router needs to be configured to enable Teredo connectivity. If you have one of these home routers, make sure it has the latest firmware, and see the support documentation to determine how to enable Teredo tunneling on the router.

I keep getting a teredo error message every two games of NBA 2k20 park, so online multiplayer games. I will be in the middle of a game and the connection to xbox live just goes out. I have a roommate that is in the same house and using the same wifi playing
park with me and his connection never has this issue. This error has been happening for about 4 days now.

Yes, I have tried power cycling my xbox one as well as unplugging my Xfinity Gateway and both of these solutions have not solved the issue.

What is the issue? how should I go about this?

I've had this issue myself and as well I'm on Xfinity. However, in my particular situation it wasn't the ISP that was the problem. It was having multiple Xbox Ones on the same network.

The default port used for multiplayer/party chat/etc. is 3074

What I ended up doing was going into the advanced network settings and updating the port I used to one of the alternatives and the issues went away.

So, somehow my problem became resolved by itself. It is most likely the amount of times I've enter each code, but it works now. I called my internet provider about the Teredo tunneling and they said they could not perform that, it was up to my computers
company to show me how to do that. Thanks for the help!
