Teredo connection IPv4 or IPv6 disconnected + No Xbox Networking tab on the "gaming"...

Windows 10 Home edition so I don't have access on the registry (I also understand nothing about that so it wouldn't do any good to me anyway), which for some people seem to have fixed similar issues.

I've validated the integrity of game files from Steam

And some other methods but I don't have the links to them anymore. This is how it looks like now, from command prompt:

Teredo doesn't show up in Device manager so I can't uninstall and reinstall it, like some have suggested. It's not showing up in the Legacy Hardware section either.

The issue could very well be on the actual IPv4 or IPv6 settings, I just don't know anything about those things and I've tried not to mess with them much because of that.

I also noticed the "Xbox Network" tab from the "Settings>Gaming" has completely disappeared so I can't run diagnostics from there. I tried looking from the Xbox app and there are no connection settings either, no tab which would show me the Teredo connection status, or "find help" etc.

The most annoying thing about this is that I had to do stuff like this last spring when I bought Forza Horizon 4, and Teredo wasn't working back then either. I got it fixed after dozens of hours searching different methods, and now Teredo has AGAIN stopped working. Of course I have no idea what I did last time to get it working. I had no issues two weeks ago, but last week FH4 started to kick me offline after maybe 30 minutes of gameplay, and now I can't stay online at all anymore.

For the record: I have no internet issues. No other game has any issues, probably because I have no other games than FH4 and FH5 which use Teredo for connection.

Any help would be so appreciated, because as of now I just don't know what more I could do.
