Teredo and Server connectivity keeps getting blocked

So it seems that constantly my Teredo and Server connectivity keep becoming blocked and before it occurred constantly I have been getting kicked from a minecraft realm and sea of thieves servers even though I am able to join parties through the game bar.
I feel like its my router but I'm not too sure and I have already checked my firewall, done everything the microsoft support page. And when I enter netsh interface teredo show state it goes between having a type to disabled and I have encountered disabled
most of the time.

NOTE:

I can't install any teredo tunneling devices via device manager.

My xbox has an open NAT Type while my pc when it shows it has a moderate nat type whenever it actually shows and has one

I tried and the same thing happened, it keeps going to TEREDO is unable to qualify and the server connectivity is blocked but oddly enough every time I go to the XBOX networking setting, the NAT type is moderate and the server connectivity is blocked but then when I press fix it button, it goes to TEREDO is unable to qualify and server connectivity is blocked but sometimes the NAT type is moderate, I don't know how to explain it really, it just happens

Öffne Eingabeauffoderung mit Administrator danach gib diese 3befehle ein und bestätige nach jeder eingabe den befehl mit enter. danach schließt du die eingabeauffoderung wieder

1. netsh advfirewall show currentprofile

2. netsh advfirewall set currentprofile firewallpolicy blockinbound,allowoutbound

3. netsh advfirewall firewall show rule 4jxr4b3r3du76ina39a98x8k2

PS. wenn du danach immer noch teredo probs mit server hast ...öffne erneut die eingabeauffoderung und gib diese 5 befehle ein ,wie oben schon erwähnt nach jedem befehl enter drücken .

1. netsh

2. int teredo

3. set state disabled

4. int ipv6

5. set teredo client

danach sollte das problem behoben sein..wenn du erneut dieses problem hast ....brauchst du nur die ersten 3 befehle im oberen abschnitt eingeben ,aber eigentlich solltest du danch keine probs mehr haben ....

after that, the problem should be fixed. if you have this problem again .... you only need to enter the first 3 commands in the upper section , but actually you should no longer have any probs .... ]

Nat Type says Teredo is unable to qualify. Server connectivity says blocked.
