    I'm trying to connect to forza horizon 4 online and I can never connect.
    I tried all the possible solutions on https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/connect-network/troubleshoot-party-chat But none of them worked.

    Xbox has been having known issues over the last week with servers and games not loading. You can try to contact Forza support but if it is not a problem on their end, then it's likely still an issue with Xbox and hopefully will be resolved soon.

    I would advise you to create a support ticket in the developer's link mentioned above in order to get them to look into the issue.
