Teredo Adress: Not Obtained Xbox App Windows 10

I haven't been able to talk with my friends who play on Xbox while I'm on PC or Xbox. When I join a party or friends join mine, my NAT type is "unavailable" which is odd because everything else works
like Skype and cod. The Xbox connection tests show it is open. Through all of the fix attempts I have done, I have found that my Teredo state is set to disabled and I'm not sure how to get it "qualified". I use Norton Smart firewall but it is set to allow
teredo connections for ipv6 and to allow the Xbox App. Thanks

Nat Type unavailable and blocked chat on xbox party

If you have a Windows 10 PC, Check in your Xbox App in configurations the "Teredo Ip adress" If it isnt working, try reseting your Router.

Hi Matte, We have observed this type of issue being randomly reported. Given this issue is influenced by many factors I need to gather as much info as possible to request further investigation. What would be of great help is if you can use the "Report a
problem" in Xbox App (Beta). The data that is generated and reported to developers will be of great help for further investigation. Please let me know if your are able to report this. I will call this out in our reports to our developers to build awareness
this issue is being experienced.

This is also happening to me aswell. I can start a party just fine then when friends join it doesn't work.

Ok, I will. I've also done the steps to fix teredo found here, but nothing is working.
