    TERA Technical Beta causing an account message, unable to play?


    Have installed the Tera Technical Beta game after receiving an invite to do so. Game has installed fully, but once loaded, when I click to Join, i recieve the following message:

    "To do this, change a setting""You are unable to purchase contents because of how your account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy and online safety settings on xbox.com"

    Xbox support directed me here after trying to remove and re add account and reset xbox.

    Please help

    I recently downloaded Tera on my xbox one but everytime I try to play it, a message saying 'You are unable to purchase contents because of how your account is set up.' However, I have allowed my account to purchase items and this has not appeared for any
    other game I try to access. Plus, every other account on my xbox can play Tera except me. Please help me with this problem.

    Xbox live Beta.

    I was unaware that the beta testing was bound to my account, This hampering my xbox live experience greatly by causing me to be unable to purchase Live points, and access features. Is thier a way to remove the beta or add points to my account?

    @Daveyyy Jones I'm having the exact same issue with Tera! Apparently, for years, gamers have been having this issue and it has not been resolved. I've spent the past two hours trying to figure out what settings I'm supposed to change to get Tera to work.

    What's Everyone Playing This Weekend (03/01 - 05/01)

    I played Tera all weekend. Kinda dragged because no one plays it lol so it makes doing dungeon quests 10x longer, especially since I'm a healer. I might be technically immortal but not the most powerful lol. Really need some more Tera friends!
