TERA stills requires me to have a Gold Subscription, why?

I read in various sites that, starting April 21st, free games would no longer require you to have a Xbox Gold Subscription, so I downloaded TERA to play on my Xbox One S. The problem is, on the title screen, when I "press the A button to play" the game automaticaly takes me to a Gold Subscription screen and won't let me play unless I sign up for xbox gold. Why is that? Have free games not been unlocked yet? Or is it a problem with region, like, they still require subscription to play online in Brasil? Please, help.

Have thy find a Solution? I can't acces the game either, After "Pess A to continue" it sends me to the "buy live gold or reedem a code "... im just trying to play man, come on

Normally, you should have free access to the game. However, in order to solve the problem I would recommend removing and re-adding your profile, and in case the issue persists , you might want to re-install the game again!

It's not you or Microsoft,this is an issue at Terra's end that they are aware off & trying to fix.

Do you still have an Xbox live gold subscription?

To continue to have the license to play the Xbox One games It is required to keep a gold subscription active on the account. And NO sharing a gold subscription with another profile does not work.

The 360 games are not affected by the gold subscription requirement.

Once you renew the gold subscription you will gain access back to the licenses for the Xbox One Games with Gold.

Yes. You can still download the One games on a trial because those are set up differently and require a gold subscription to keep using them. 360 games don't require a gold subscription to keep using them, but you have to have a full gold subscription to
download them for free. Trials are not eligible.
