    Tera online is requesting an xbox live subscription


    Hi! I am having difficulty accessing the game. When connected to a server, the game asks for an xbox live subscription. This problem is only with Tera online, other f2p games run without problems. I will list all the ways that I tried, but none of them helped:

    - Deleting and changing accounts;

    - Removing the game cache;

    - Reinstalling the game and trying to connect from different clients (NA, EU, Asia);

    - Reboot the console;

    - Reset network parameters and mac address.

    Since you have already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend preforming a reset (Keeping games and app) and see if the issue is fixed.

    No, the problem has not been resolved and most likely this is due to the latest system update.

    The devs tweeted about a week or so ago that it's an issue at their end & something they are working on.

    I would follow them on Twitter if you use it for updates.
