    Tera not available in Israel for some reason


    Hello, Tera game was released earlier this month yet it is not found on the xbox store.

    When I check the web on my pc browser I can see the us store and it is there, when I press the download button it says it will try to install on my xbox but nothing happens.

    Why is that? The game is global and free please fix it.

    Not just me in Israel that do not have the game in ready to install...

    I have Gold and can download/play gold games just fine, but can't play online

    Update: Never mind, seems my region was set to the US for some reason. I migrated it to Israel and it now works.

    Hey there. It's looking like that game is not available in Israel. It's very unlikely that you will be able to download it. Are you physically located in Israel right now?

    thank you for your reply.

    I double and triple checked and verified with other costumers in israel

    apparently when there is a problem with one of the "games with gold" , microsoft israel gives another game instead.

    they have given the same game again and again for some reason.

    I tried calling israel costumer service and they just told me it isn't true and they don't do that.

    Hi,

    If you're getting an Invalid Code error message then it means that the content you received in your bundle package cannot be redeemed on your account. Some content on Xbox LIVE are regionally restricted. There's unfortunately no way you will be able to redeem
    or download this game unless you're actually in the United States/Canada where these bundles are meant to be sold.

    Since Israel has just recently been added as an official Xbox LIVE country that doesn't mean that all content available in other regions will be available to Israel just yet. Unfortunately, this specific game is not available to Israel, so you will not be able
    to redeem it on your account.
