TERA Achievement Issues

I have a problem with 2 Achievements in TERA i already did the tasks for the achievements and still dont get them

"Ebon and Bone" and "Level 30" are the both achievements i dont got

i did the task for the ebon and bone already 5 times

and level 30 is stuck because im already level 65 and got the other achievements for the level tasks only for level 30 i dont get it

@Daveyyy Jones I'm having the exact same issue with Tera! Apparently, for years, gamers have been having this issue and it has not been resolved. I've spent the past two hours trying to figure out what settings I'm supposed to change to get Tera to work.

Tera is ok, but i prefer Black Desert, i used to play Tera but i get bored of it...
